What log in and sign up methods does Freepik offer?

You can create an account with your email address and a password or using Google or Apple log in/sign up.

How can I change my email and password?

If you create the account with email and password, you will be able to change those any time from your profile page.

If you create the account using Google or Apple sign up and you want log in with email and password or want to change them, please submit a request with all the details to our AI-powered assistant to unlink the social login. You can also send the request via at support@freepik.com.

Is Facebook available as a log in and sign up option?

We have discontinued the Facebook sign up method. If you created your account with Facebook sign up, please go to the log in page, click on ''Continue with email'' and then on ''I forgot my password''.

You will receive a link to create a password and you will be able to log in with your email address and that password. Make sure you enter the same email address you use for your Facebook account.

If the email address you use for Facebook is a Gmail address, you can simply log in by clicking on ''Continue with Google''.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) code

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is automatically triggered by the system when it detects that your account is being accessed from different IP addresses or multiple login attempts due to security reasons.

We kindly remind you that for security reasons, you can use your Freepik account in a maximum of 3 devices.

Please note that whenever you log in from a different browser, OS or incognito window, our system will assume you are using a different device. If you are using a VPN, I recommend you to use one that doesn't change your IP address (or don’t use it at all if possible).

Remember that, as per our terms and conditions, the subscriptions are exclusively personal (one user per account) and can't be shared (including affiliates or entities part of the same group of companies).
